Our founder, Tom McNeill, has been in the real estate world for the majority of his life. Both of his parents worked in the industry. He's excited to have followed in their footsteps and to offer the same high standards of client service. His real estate career started in 1979 in Hartford, Connecticut. In 1990, he relocated to Bloomfield, and in 2008 he made his final move to Avon. Regardless of his location, he continues to improve his creativity and knowledge by participating in cutting edge seminars in the field. With much experience brokering commercial, residential, and business real estate, he's the perfect person to support you in your home buying or selling experience.

In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, Mr. McNeill is also a HUD broker, a VA broker, and a licensed attorney in Connecticut. He's passionate about sharing his expertise with his clients and uses all of his extensive experience to make sure that his clients are well-suited for their investment targets.
